Terms of Service

By creating an OMNYQO account, purchasing a subscription, accessing the service, or otherwise using OMNYQO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use OMNYQO.

If you use OMNYQO on behalf of a business, organization, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an OMNYQO account or purchase a subscription.

You may not use OMNYQO if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or using the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless that activity resulted from a security failure within OMNYQO's systems.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

You retain ownership of the videos, audio, images, text, brands, prompts, instructions, and other content you upload or submit to OMNYQO.

You grant OMNYQO a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, transcode, analyze, process, modify, and otherwise use your content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the service and the features you request.

This license includes permission to process your content through infrastructure, transcription systems, AI service providers, media-processing services, storage systems, and other vendors used to provide OMNYQO.

You represent that you own your content or have all permissions and rights necessary to upload it and authorize OMNYQO to process it.

OMNYQO uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to help analyze media, identify potential clips, transcribe content, create publishing copy, generate ideas, and perform other content-related tasks.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, similar to content generated for others, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it. OMNYQO does not guarantee that generated content is factual, unique, legally protectable, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular platform or purpose.

You remain responsible for content you choose to publish, distribute, advertise, sell, or otherwise use.

You may not use OMNYQO to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, interfere with the service, circumvent usage limits, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or abuse OMNYQO infrastructure.

You may not upload or process content that you do not have the legal right to use.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit OMNYQO's software or service except as permitted by applicable law or by written agreement with OMNYQO.

We may restrict or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, OMNYQO, service providers, infrastructure, or third parties.

Some OMNYQO features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, included usage, and plan limits are presented at checkout or on the applicable pricing page.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval unless canceled before renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize OMNYQO and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other amounts disclosed during checkout.

You may cancel through the billing controls made available in your OMNYQO account. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where OMNYQO expressly states otherwise.

Plans may include limits for storage, uploads, transcription, AI generation, rendering, brands, projects, users, or other resources.

OMNYQO may enforce these limits automatically. Usage allowances do not necessarily roll over between billing periods unless expressly stated.

We may change plan features or limits for future billing periods. If a material change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice when required by law.

Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Your use of payment services may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy practices.

OMNYQO does not need to store your complete payment card number when payment information is collected directly and processed by our payment provider.

OMNYQO is not intended to be your only backup or permanent archival system. You should maintain independent copies of important source files and exported content.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, software updates, network failures, third-party outages, security events, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

OMNYQO relies on third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, artificial intelligence, transactional email, infrastructure, and other technical services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own agreements and privacy practices. OMNYQO is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties.

OMNYQO and its software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, technology, and other materials provided by OMNYQO are owned by or licensed to OMNYQO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership rights in OMNYQO technology are transferred to you.

OMNYQO respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content processed or made available through OMNYQO infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with enough information for us to identify and review the material.

You may stop using OMNYQO at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens OMNYQO or other users.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNYQO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

OMNYQO does not guarantee specific audience growth, engagement, revenue, business results, social-media performance, content performance, or platform acceptance.

Nothing provided through OMNYQO constitutes legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OMNYQO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or content arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, OMNYQO's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to OMNYQO during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

OMNYQO may update the service and these Terms as the product, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change.

When we materially revise these Terms, we may update the effective date and version and provide additional notice where appropriate or required.

Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may require users to affirmatively accept material changes.

These Terms are subject to applicable local, state, federal, and other laws and regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
