This Privacy Policy applies to OMNYQO's websites, applications, account services, media processing, AI-powered features, subscriptions, support services, and related products that link to this Policy.

By using OMNYQO, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, password credentials in hashed form, account preferences, brand information, support communications, prompts, instructions, and subscription selections.

We also process content you choose to upload, including video, audio, images, text, project information, transcripts, generated content, clip selections, publishing copy, and related metadata.

Please do not upload personal information about another person unless you have the right to provide and process that information.

When you use OMNYQO, we may automatically receive technical and usage information such as IP address, request information, session identifiers, timestamps, browser or device information, service activity, error information, upload volume, storage usage, transcription usage, AI generation usage, rendering activity, and similar operational information.

We use this information to authenticate users, maintain sessions, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, protect accounts, operate the service, and improve reliability.

Subscription payments are processed through payment providers such as Stripe.

OMNYQO may receive information related to your payment account, such as customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing events, and payment status.

Complete payment card details may be collected directly by the payment provider rather than stored in OMNYQO's application database.

We use information to create and secure accounts; authenticate users; process media; transcribe content; provide AI-powered features; create clips, exports, and publishing content; manage subscriptions; enforce usage limits; provide support; communicate about accounts and services; detect fraud or abuse; troubleshoot issues; maintain security; comply with legal obligations; and operate and improve OMNYQO.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand service performance, capacity needs, feature usage, and product reliability where that information no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

Certain OMNYQO features require automated processing of the content you submit.

Your content, transcripts, prompts, instructions, or portions of that information may be transmitted to AI, transcription, media-processing, infrastructure, or other technical service providers when necessary to deliver features you request.

We seek to limit the information shared with providers to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

We may share information with vendors and service providers that perform services for OMNYQO, including infrastructure, payment processing, artificial intelligence, transactional email, security, storage, media processing, and other operational services.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, government requests, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect OMNYQO and its users.

If OMNYQO is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

OMNYQO does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration.

OMNYQO also does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If these practices materially change, this Policy will be updated and additional choices will be provided where required by applicable law.

We may send transactional or relationship emails necessary to operate your account, such as password-reset messages, security notices, billing information, service notices, and account communications.

If OMNYQO sends promotional marketing communications, we will provide applicable opt-out mechanisms and honor applicable email-marketing requirements.

OMNYQO uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies where necessary to maintain authenticated sessions, protect accounts, remember relevant service state, and provide application functionality.

Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of OMNYQO.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information. For example, account, subscription, security, billing, media, transcript, generated-content, and support records may require different retention periods.

Backup or security copies may remain for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

OMNYQO uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

These measures include protections such as password hashing, protected authentication cookies, session controls, access controls, rate limiting, token expiration, and other safeguards appropriate to the service.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information.

You may also have rights relating to certain processing, sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling if those practices are applicable.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request.

California residents may have privacy rights under applicable California law, including rights concerning access, deletion, correction, and information about certain collection, disclosure, sale, or sharing practices when those laws apply to OMNYQO.

OMNYQO will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

As stated above, OMNYQO does not currently sell personal information for monetary consideration or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

OMNYQO is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed as a child-directed service.

OMNYQO accounts and paid subscriptions are intended for individuals who meet the eligibility requirements described in our Terms of Service.

If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in circumstances that require removal or parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

OMNYQO and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

Third-party providers used by OMNYQO maintain their own privacy practices. These may include payment providers, AI providers, transactional email providers, infrastructure providers, and other vendors.

For example, Stripe processes information in connection with payment services, and transactional email providers process information necessary to deliver account communications.

We may update this Privacy Policy as OMNYQO, our technology, our service providers, or legal requirements change.

The effective date and policy version shown above identify the version currently in effect.

When changes are material, we may provide additional notice or request renewed consent where appropriate or required by law.
